Anyone like them? (29er) I cant seem to find many reviews on their Trail Forks.

Just thought I'd ask the community.
They seem to be priced less then RS and Fox.

Looking at 120/140mm range:
Manitou Minute Pro 29er
Marzocchi 44 Micro STA
X-Fusion Trace RL2R
Rockshox Revelation
Fox 32 Float/Talus CTD

That's where I got my Pike and for what it's worth it's the best fork I've ever had. And iVe ridden/owned some of the most expensive stuff that fox and others have produced as well as having my equipment custom tuned by push and suspension experts. The stock Pike feels better than all of them!

The insight is much appreciated! I wanted the pike and thought I was out of my price range. Thanks for the response GravityTheif!

I have a Marzocchi 44 Micro TI that I bought from Banjo and I love it.

I know its heavier than some of the other options... but it feels very sturdy (a feeling that was lacking from the RockShox Recon I replaced) and its SO smooth on the trails.

I'd definitely recommend it if you find a good price.

I have owned marzocchi and rock shox. I now have marzocchi on all my bikes. I do know that the old models were and still are some of the best forks made. Change the oil and seals once or twice a year and no problems. By the way I hardly ever take the easy way around anything. I can't say anything about their quality now but the old stuff rules! All my friends that own fox forks seem to have problems and they need to be serviced fairly often. I do have a buddy that owns nothing but pike forks and he loves them. He is not easy on his stuff either.

Awesome, this is much appreciated input from the community!

thanks worker-rider.

Manitou and Marzocchi seem to be a bit cheaper than the Kool aid.
