When is a 26" a 26" wheel?  Are all of these 26" wheels?  Let's test that knowledge. Smiley

There are actually 5 26" wheel standards.  (Thanks, Schwinn. Tongue)

26 x 1 1/2           650B           (584)
26 x 1 & 1 3/4     650C           (571)
26 x 1.25-3.0                         (559)

If I remember correctly, the 26" we use on mountain bikes will be the 559 ISO.
