North Neck used to be bi-directional but P&R was getting a lot complaints about 1-2 years ago so they put up the sign making it unidirectional. 

That's the official, OFFICIAL 411 straight from the Huntersville P&R director. Smiley

Will, P&R did make it clockwise a few years back, but never did put the signs back up after the catch basin was completed. If you get some signs, I would be glad to put them up.
