Uwharrie Work Day 18 Apr and Saw Certification

So we are putting a work day together for 18 April @ Uwharrie NF.  Please let me know if you plan to be there so that we have some idea on how many tools to have on hand.

Also, If you are interested in being Chainsaw certified for the National Forestry service let me know.  It is a 2 half day process.  You will need to do a classroom class on Friday the 17 (should only take 1/2 day so you can get some riding in after you are finished)   
Then you can do the outdoor cutting part on Saturday the 18th during our workday.  Just respond to this thread or PM me to let me know.

Tom I would like to do the chainsaw certification class. Please guide me in the right direction for this. Hopefully I can ride with you guys Saturday when we are all finished.

Thank you to everyone who came out.  Got some trail work done and certified a # of people for chainsaw use.  Next time we will be able to focus our efforts on the trail work part.  Thanks again.

Kudos go to Linda and Sean. We only got Keyawee clockwise from the pit toilet to the fist cross of Walker Mountain Road, but that section should be good for a good long while.
