Signal hill is not a trailblazer maintained trail correct? Does anyone know any details on who does the work out there and when?

It is a trailblazers maintained trail.  Evan St. Clair is the trial coordinator out there.  He's been busy with improvements lately, I rode the single track last Wednesday and man, I forgot how awesome that trail is!  I normally just ride and work on the pumptrack/jumps.

A group of folks are usually out there on Wednesday evenings working and riding on the pump track.  It's also a safe bet that a some folks will be working/riding on Sunday's

Oh ok I wasn't sure because I never heard much about it. You are right the single track really is awesome out there. I rode it today for the first time since last year and I did notice the work done since my last outing and I was definitely enjoying it! Great work by those involved. Thanks for the info I will try to make it out one of those nights and see if I can be of any help. It is a hidden gem in my book that looks to only be getting better. It did seem like some of the drainage issues have been resolved which I know had to be a task in itself. I am definitely glad to hear its a trailblazer trail because you know it will get the care it deserves.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the trail. We still have lots of work to do and could use  help. Right now at the top of the list is getting the trail sprayed with weed killer and I have one short bridge to replace. Also I'm working on a reroute down the 35 mph zone to get out of the grass. Thanks again for the post, It's good to know someone is enjoying the trail.  I'm not on here very much so hit me up on facebook. Cheers.

I noticed that reroute but I didn't take it because I wasn't sure what the deal was but that looks like it could turn that section in to a pretty sick portion of the trail. Also, I have a nice pump sprayer and plenty of weed killer I would be willing to bring along on a work day. I am off of facebook now but if you get on here near a work day drop me a message or a post in here and I will be glad to come out and volunteer.

Evan let me know when Mark might let you have a day off and I would like to head north and get you to show me around. I'm ok with whatever time and day suits you. I would also like to check out the pump track and see how to construct one and to steal some ideas for the rest of BYT. I/we plan on working during the fall/winter on the front 1/3 while greenway is getting worked on. Josh has some great ideas.
