	Perfect - it was 5.7 miles out there from uptown and 5.89 back uptown (diff. route). Good trail and I will be sure to put it in my rotation with WWC, Renni. and BYT. for out and back rides with out car usage. thanks Aaron

	Sorry for the late post, but the ride is on tonight at Sherman's branch. Take advantage of it being open and also getting a ride in there after work before daylight savings kicks in. Usual start of 6:00ish and meet in the parking lot. Have fun on the rebuilt jump where the trail crosses the exit road!

	This week we are going to ride at SWDP. Usual start time of 6:00ish and meet up in the parking lot. This is a social pace, no drop ride. Heading to a local watering hole after to refuel. See you all out there!

	Ride is the WWC this week. Meeting up near the Restrooms near the south Main trailhead (the usual spot) Meeting @ 6 and heading out shortly after. If you have lights, you might want to bring them. As always everyone is invited to ride. Hope to see yall there

	Great ride out at the WWC this week! Thanks to everyone for coming out. It's getting darker earlier, and what better way to wrap up our daytime Tuesday Night Social Rides than with South Main Cycles next Tuesday for their Halloween ride!!! It's gonna be AWESOME!!! Come on out dressed in whatever costume you prefer, or even just as a rad mountain biker. Ride starts 6:00ish out of South Main Cycles in Belmont. They are located at: South Main Cycles 4 Main St. Belmont 704 825-8585 We will be riding from their shop to Rocky Branch MTB Park which is just up the street from them. I suggest bringing lights since it is getting dark pretty early on us and it's a good time to check them out before we move this ride over to the night ride section starting the following week. See you all out there!!!!!

See you all out there!!!!! I am not sure how closely they (S Main) stick to it, but the FB page for South Main states lights required, 300 lumen minimum for their official Halloween ride. I am planning on joining as long as my handlebar lamp battery pack comes in. While waiting on my head lamp set my handlebar decided it wasn't going to charge anymore. From their FB: "Come join us on Tuesday October 27th for our annual Halloween Night Ride. We'll roll from the shop at 6:30 and hit Rocky Branch Park for a couple of social laps. We'll throw down Halloween-style after the ride with scary-delicious food and ghoulish adult beverage. Don't forget your lights (300+ lumen required) and your appetite." Just for the record; I have no affiliation with S Main, nor permission to speak on their behalf... I just happened to see their ride on FB earlier this week. Also, good job on not sending people to Boone!
