Great Customer Service @ Salsa

Wanted to applaud a great customer service experience from Salsa!

I bought my 2012 Spearfish 3 a little over two years ago. After a ride last weekend, I was cleaning the bike and noticed that the chainstay had cracked.  Angry

I emailed Salsa on Sunday evening. I received a reply Monday asking a few questions about the bike, my riding and for some pictures. 

I was worried I was gonna have to foot the bill for a new chainstay... but after a few more emails they overnighted me a new rear triangle and the bike is trail ready again!  Cheesy

Big thanks to Salsa for an amazing experience!!!
