Fox RP2 CTD rear shock

Tuned by suspension experts less than a year ago. Loud metallic pop tonight that proceeded to extensive spray of fluid out of the CTD lever location and rendered the switch non functional.

Naturally its shot and will be sending it in for service but curious to hear from those of you that know the inner workings of this shock your best assumption of what I blew up.

I would imagine the upper seal went. Depending on how you ride they need to be serviced more the 1x a year
