As the title suggests I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at REI in Pineville. In addition to supplying us with Grant funds for trail building projects they really went out of their way to help me with the rack that I didn't feel was functioning properly after several years worth of use. They hooked me up with a brand-new one at almost no charge!!! Waaaaay above and beyond what they had to do. Good people!
