Where is this bike located?  What year is the bike? Assume it's 26".  What is the number of gears, I cannot tell if there are two or three rings on the front.

Hey Gene
I am located in uptown Charlotte.  
Not sure of the year but my guess is 06 - 08.
3x9 drivetrain 
26" DT Swiss wheels.  Forte tires have about a dozen rides on them.
Fork is a Fox F100 RLT and rear shock is a Fox RP3.

Race Face stem and Bontrager bars
Some scratches here and there mainly from chain and cable rub.
