Just wanted to give a shout out to all the event staff and the Whitewater Center for such a fun well-planned out event. Best time I've had on the bike in awhile....kudos Aaron

I agree, it was tons of fun! Definitely the most fun I have had in a race event before, but daaaannnggg it was sloppy out there!

I had a total blast riding this race too... and I'm not a competitive rider.  I do wish they had done the mystery checkpoints a little differently but overall it was a really well designed race event and the execution was spot-on.  10/10 would ride again.

Anyone else hit that huge puddle on thread?  I about had to swim out of it!

I had an awesome time at the Ride and Seek as well. It was my first time ever participating in a competitive event. I feel like it was a good way to start since it's not exactly a race in the traditional sense. There's a bit less pressure since its more of a free-for-all and not a set course race where someone passing you means you just dropped a position.

It has definitely opened my eyes to the competitive side of mountain biking, and exposed me to a whole new facet of riding I might not have considered participating in otherwise.

And yes, it definitely was mucky out there...

LOL, Thread was a swamp... and it got real sketchy with all the 2-way traffic...

How about that mud on Summit though?!

Summit was a slog!  I dug chunks of earth out of my rear suspension link once I got back down.

I hit summit early and didn't go for the 4th mystery so I didn't get to see what it looked like at end of the day, so for me thread was worse (literally coated the bike and myself).
