Have a 2014 Novarra Big Buzz I bought to ride in crappy weather like this. Unfortunately, I've barely ridden it. It's a size large with less than 100 miles on it. I'm 6'1" and it's a tad small for me. 

Rides great and is a great alternative to ride in nasty weather or for urban cruising.
