I have a set of Surly Rabbit Hole Wheels laced to Blue Hope Pro 2 Evo Fatsno Hubs with Surly Knard 29x3.0 120tpi Tires
This wheelset only has a couple rides on them I had a child and have not rode as often a I would like. Price is $600 OBO

Should fit any 135mm /170mm (177mm) spaced symmetrical fat bike. 
Salsa Mukluk, Trek Farley, Fatback, 9zero7 etc.
