I'm putting out a feeler for my hardtail 26er. I know not many people are riding 26" xc bikes these days, but thought it worth seeing if it could find a good home among any of you guys. If not I'm content to keep it for any bike-less friends to ride on occasion!

This thing is super light, nimble, and climbs and accelerates like nobody's business. The geometry is very aggressive and it has a quick, twitchy feel that makes picking through technical stuff really fun. It has been well-loved and bears plenty of cosmetic scrapes and scuffs, but has been well maintained and still looks pretty sharp IMO. 

This will be a good bike for anyone who enjoys that kind of super responsive feel, or maybe good for a beginner looking to start with some nicer components. Brakes were bled and given new pads about 50 miles ago. The fork hasn't been serviced recently but feels to be in good shape. Tires are in great shape.

My hope is to get $1000, but I am open to reasonable offers or possible trade for a 58cm road bike.
