I wanted to see if anyone had any good experience with a Landscape design and construction company that they felt was reasonably priced and reliable.

The project I am investigating would be mainly for outside living.  I'm looking to install a pretty large stamped concrete patio.  I'd like to cover 1/3 of it with a roof that would tie into the house and provide shelter for outdoor living furniture, tv, lighting, etc.  I'd like to have an area for an outdoor kitchen, dining and fire pit (gas) as well as possibly a knee wall around the patio, some shrubs and a privacy wall on one end.

Any recommendations?

Well I own a lawn care company and really don't do landscaping nor know of anyone I'd suggest that does. I would try Angies List if I were you. Iv'e been on the Angie's list since 2005 with an A rating and business is pretty good! Thats the best place to start. Good luck and what ambition you have for the back yard! Sounds pretty COOL! PM me if you are looking for year round lawn care........ You know less time in the yard = more time for Family, Fun, Biking and hanging on that AWESOME NEW patio!

We used the Stone Man for a patio and fireplace. They did very nice design work and terrific stone work. They have a great resume and are not inexpensive, but you'll really like the results. Very professional.

Highly recommend : Peaceful Ponds (don't let the name fool you). Brian and his crew do it all and do it very well.

The Stoneman offers the finest of craftsmanship.  They did an excellent job with my custom project.  You will pay more for their services, but you will receive the highest quality.  If you want to look at their work PM me and I'll let you take a peek at my backyard.

For what its worth, I sent the folks at Peaceful Ponds an email at least two or three days ago asking about design services.
I have yet to hear back from them at all.  That's not a good first impression.

I'll update if and when I hear back from them.

Just to update, I've come to realize I may have "fat-fingered" my email information for these guys, so no response due to my typing isn't their fault.  I'll let you know if I end up having them help me with my project, but it may be awhile.
