Yea, been checking back all day. I was hoping to get in a ride out there today. Every other trail is open...

Glad I haven't purchased my parking and cobbler pass yet or I would be pissed. Angry

It is open now.  Unfortunately many sections at WWC have the worst soil in the area for drainage and drying.

WOW... I rode the green trail on Sat and all I could say is holy $hit I have never seen those ponds that high.  The south trails must have been under water all week...

Trails were still very damp.. not unreadable... but certainly not what I expected after a week of no rain.

Props to the guys out there...  Just wish they would keep the peeps more informed.

It's rained 4/5 days out here near the WWC. I'm surprised anything is open. Been waiting for my lawn to dry completely out since mid-December....

Thing is, Charlotte/Meck County is so large - it can be sunny at FF and raining at Renaissance...

I rode wwc today, a bunch of construction goin on around the parking lot/south main entrance. That area was closed off, no way to enter under the ropes course. Just ended up skipping south main.

I guess I could have dropped in over near the entrance to figure 8 but I swear out loud every time I get to that section and it's still closed.

Unless they've roped it off since Wednesday you can drop into that area still (un approved grass area of course)... or you can go behind the maintenance area and there is a gravel area that leads to it.

I know there is East and Lake Loop, but if I go to the WWC and just ride East, I'd probably say I rode East Main and not that I rode WWC.

I rode the south trails yesterday. You can get to the south loops if you ride the woods line towards the lake loop and head across the field to the entrance to the south access rode. Just gotta wander around till you find what you want sometimes

There is a fire rode up the hill to the left of the ropes area. I dropped into north main there. Hit carpet then 3 laps in my favorite little loop thru tower/goat/slalom than down the fire rode at slalom (it was slick and at full speed I started getting sideways...) back to tower.

After east I came up the hill behind the parking lots. I typically ride the forest line back up the hill toward lake loop then turn down the gravel road to the entrance to South. It looked completely blocked off. They were digging trenches and had one of those short (like 2 ft.) black mesh fences going around the gravel rode. I didnt go all the way down to check it out, I just entered up top.
