Cross Bike and Runner Bike

I have a converted Rocky Mountian Fitness bike into a Cross bike and a runner bike.

Asking $600 for the Cross bike with 105 10spd, or I can swap out to a 9spd 105 kit and adjust price. I am also willing to part out frame and fork + some parts.

Asking $40 for a Specialized girls runner bike. I could be tempted with trades for this one.
