CLT Home Inspector?

Anyone have any recommendations on a home inspector in Charlotte?  Working on purchasing a house and need to get some recommendations.  I'm a fix-it type guy, so I want a good inspector that will know his stuff and discuss with me.

Also, anyone have a pool/spa person they recommend for inspections?

Do what you like. Stop hating people for their riding habits and get back to hating them for their skin color, religion, politics, and sexual orientation.

I grew up with Scott. He has always been a person of integrity. I know his parents, sister, and late grandmother. THey are all quality people. If I wanted to know all the ugly I would use him. 

I can attest he has had some issue, but it was  from Realtors asking him to soft pedal/overlook stuff, or do "drive by" inspections. He just won't do that kind of stuff.
