Unfortunately I have to put this on the market. 

- 2.8 Acres in Sutton Knob development (suttonknob.com) 
- Lot is build ready with a 3 Bedroom Septic, a well and electricity already in place
- ~ 1 acre has been primitively fenced in 
- Cabin can be used as a vacation rental   
- Development has 40 acres of community area, including a hiking trail
- 5 min to The Hub
- 10 min into Pisgah Forest
- 10 min to Brevard Downtown
- 15 min to Dupont

It's a really nice area, I have a place on Mine Mtn, looking towards Sutton.  It's super close to town, but feels like you are off the grid.

I guess I worded it unfortunately. 

It is just a build ready lot. No existing buildings. 
Future Cabin can be used as vacation rental
