Park Pro TS-2 Truing Stand with Park extensions to do 29" mountain bike wheels.  I bought it new and just picked up a TS-2.2.  $100

No issues here.  TS2.2 looks the same to me.  I know they make thru axle adapters, but I just let my thru axle rest in the legs and adjust the legs into the bearing caps as usual.
