The XT M8000 stuff is super affordable right now on Jenson. I just priced it all out yesterday, out of curiosity.

Shifter, derailleur, cassette, chain, and shift cable set for $210. Granted the shifter and derailleur show out of stock until March 7th, but still...

There's this:

But the guy is asking same or higher than new from Jenson, and ad says "firm on pricing"

Good luck finding someone willing to part with their Pike... I have the exact one you are looking for on my bike, but... from my cold dead fingers.   Smiley

Wow I had no idea, that is some great prices. Snagged a XTR derailleur & shifter, sil tec gear cables, XT crankarms & BB, and cheap 40mm stem (to see what I like). All for like $370 bucks!

Hoping the GX cassette comes back in stock soon, really don't want the 447g XT one.

Thanks for the tip.  Also, what tires are you guys running for the charlotte area? I rented a stumpy this past weekend to sherman and slid out hard on the berms right at the beginning.

What tires were on the Stumpy you rented?  What pressure were you running?
