I found online jakroo.com where you can design your own jersey for free, and then if you want you can purchase them or sell via a shop that they create. Do you know anyone local that provides the same service?  Thanks

Seen it! it is the classic Jersey for cycling, the one I have found is more for MTB. Got two done and they look ok. A little bit pricey.
