Has anybody been there?  Worth the $24? Looking for cross country trails and they said they have about 14 miles of them.

If you've travelled all the way to Louisville, I don't see how it can't be worth $24. It's rideable trail. In a cave.

Pretty sure if a far better destination for dirt jumping than xc riding. Although I'm sure either will be fun in a cave that big.

I saw some pics on Google. Looked pretty COOL! Take the DJ Bike! Long way to go to DJ though. Safe travels and don't do much over 100!

I just got back from there.  When they advertise "14 miles of trail" they mean for their fat e-bike.  It was ok as there was probably about a half mile around of area to navigate.  There was one main area that went to the "top" and then you just worked your way around different lines till you reached the end, picking a new line each time.  There was a few big dirt jump areas that I didn't go into.  Neat to look at, it worked your upper body moving the bike around, but not a whole lot of skills sections either.  Worth the $24?  Yes, but only if you have your own bike and are just traveling through.  Otherwise I would just search for other single track in the area.

Why do you need a fat e-bike to get the full 14 miles?

I made a side trip there driving from Toledo to Hot Springs. I fell for the hype and bought the 8 hour pass. Not worth the money or the special trip. I thought the trails would wind their way throughout the mine ( it's not a cave but a former mine). Instead, they are limited to a specific area and the lines are squeezed in next to each other. It's a bit confusing at first. Then for awhile, once you figure out how everything is laid out, it's fun. But eventually the coolness factor wears off, you get bored and leave. If you're in the Louisville area by all means go. But I'd rather spend the time and money at Ray's in Cleveland

I was hoping to take my daughter (7) and wife there for the novelty of riding in the cavern.

Based on this thread, it does not sound like it would suck for them????

Agreed with above.  I spent a couple hours there Christmas Eve...alone....mildly creepy.  There's a perimeter "XC" trail, that goes along the outside.  It takes around 7-10 minutes to ride depending on options.  There are skills section lines with skinnies, bridges, teeters, table tops that are fun, but it takes a while to figure out how to loop it together.  I wish there would've been a local or two to show me a good line through.

They have a pretty big pump track that wasn't open when I was there.  Also dirt jumps, and bowls that are pretty fun to roll.  It's cool to see, and there were families on the e-bike tours- takes you through parts of the cave you can't ride alone.

If you get a chance, ride Waverly Park.  It reminds me of a hilly Sherman.  There's also a good greenway along the river with a large pedestrian bridge to Indiana.  You can ride along the river on the Indiana side too.

Here's a vid I took:
