ISO Road rear wheel(rim brake) + Shimano 600 brake

Got a project bike that needs a rear wheel and front brake. Its a much older 7 speed rim brake,quick release style and the frame is a Vintage Nashbar Road bike of some sort with down tube shifters. The Shimano 600 brake needed is kinda blue/gray in color. All I need in the brake dept in the caliper not the lever. Thanks in advance

I've got a few cheap road wheelsets, and might possibly have the brakes you're looking for. I'll try to look through the parts bin when I get back in town.
