I need to replace some rear derailleur pulleys on my SRAM x9 10spd derailleurs. Any suggestions?

I bought some KCNC pulleys a few months ago and have been very happy with them so far. Not super expensive but of course more than the stock pulleys. Well worth the extra cost in my opinion.

Do you care to elaborate?  Just curious what about them makes them better than stock.  I soon need to replace some as well.

The KCNC pulleys stay cleaner and spin much better. The bearings seem to be a bit better than the stock XTR ones. Durability should also be much longer than the stock nylon/plastic pulleys. Of course only time will tell but in the past I would need to replace my pulleys every 1 to 2 years. I paid $18 a pulley and feel like it was well worth the extra few dollars.  Anything more than that I don't feel the cost is worth the expense and especially not ones for $100.
