Help!

I decided to get back on the trail for the first time since my BYT incident in March. I figured an easy lap on SWDP would be a good way to test my knee.

The condition of the trail shocked me. There were 8 trees down. I was able to clear 3 of them by hand. Three others would be pretty easy with a chain saw. There is one in particular that is so bad I have closed the trail officially. It is downright dangerous and I need help clearing it (see pic below)

The trail has a bunch of other neglect related issues as well.

I posted a workday for tomorrow morning. please come out if you can. I will probably go back out there this afternoon and get started... knee is still a bit wobbly so I'll just do some of the easier stuff.

Southwest District Park trail. It's near the airport.

I'm the TC there, but I've been laid up with a knee injury so the trail has been neglected a bit.

Pat did you get the clearing done?  I go that way to get home from work (oddly enough) so if you still need help out there i could come by one night on my way.

The Widowmaker has been cleared along with the other downed trees.  It could still use some more TLC (cutting back over growth and clearing small stuff) but its good again.

Thanks Harry... like Tom says, the trail is open again which is the important thing.

I'll be out there getting things dialed in over the next few weeks and post work days. Nothing urgent now, but if you can make it out there it would be appreciated.
