	Wanting to put some feelers out. I'm looking to purchase a house in the Concord (near hwy 3 and Concord/Salisbury Rd) and looking for one roommate. It would be a flat rate all utilities included and you would have access to a full bike shops worth of tools including a truing stand and parts washer. Would want you to move in around February. Feel free to replay or message me for more details and feel free to share with someone you may know. I would much rather have someone I have some sort of connection with than a creepo off Craigslist.

	I grew up in that area, my folks still live there. It is a good place. Convenient to I-85, and HWY 49 also. Also convenient to downtown Concord. Good luck.

	Going to bring the back from the dead. I have moved into the house and am finally pretty settled. Let me know if you or someone you know may be interested. Single room and would have semi private bath. Flat rate negotiable. For reference I'm 15min from RRT and about 25 to Sherman.
