Come out to Cane Creek one morning and I'll give you few pointers on roots, rocks, leaves, large trail obstacles, overweight mountain bikes and busting your butt gracefully.  Cool

Check out Spoked LLC, Caroline Washam. She has an emphasis on women's clinics but I'm fairly certain she works with men also.

Good question OP.
I know Mark AKA TheCyclePath has mentioned to my wife that the Dirt Divas club hold skills clinics once in a while.  I couldn't find any info on their website.
If this is true perhaps one of the dirt divas will speak up and provide some information.

The Dirt Divas do typically hold 3-4 free skills clinics throughout the riding season.  These are open to anyone, with groups for most levels from beginner to experienced.  But unfortunately we're done for this season.  Please look for more info again in the spring.

I would also suggest, as Emily did, Caroline Washam with Spoked LLC.  She is a PMBIA certified coach/instructor who travels the country supporting some bigger, well known names...  and she lives right here in Mooresville.

Also, there are some beg rides & clinics at Anne Springs.  I see info for these posted on Facebook & WeeklyRides.com.
