Friend of my daughter's looking for value purchase of 27.5" tires, front and rear, lightly used or new. She's a college student in Asheville area rides trails there and also around here in Charlotte.  I don't know her rim width, but will post when i find out.  Any suggestions and offers appreciated.  thx

I've got a pair of lightly used top of the line 27.5 Continental race kings I'll let you have (2.2)..
I've also got a pair of bargain basement Maxxis Pace tires I took off a new bike collecting dust I'll throw in as well (1.95).
Both sets are decent XC hard pack tires.
I'm on the south side near Waxhaw, but I get to Sherman occasionally.

So, 1st, thanks a bunch for quick helpful replies.
2nd, I discovered that the bike really has 26" not 27.5".
So, thanks for the offers, but I guess they'd be a little big.  Also, realized that I need to find out if they're tubeless or tubes.
I'm going out of town and will have to pick this back up next week.

If Santa Claus delivered presents on a mountain bike, would it be an e-bike for power?
Or, a rigid SS for efficient power transfer?

Just something to think about as Santa Cruzes, Yetis, Species, Trekies and mtn bikes with 1 1/2 forks (Cannondales) dance through your heads.
