Thanks for the kind words. I need to get back to riding as well this trail work is like some kind of compulsive obsessive disorder that I just can't seem to let go of. Plus to be honest it's a heck of a lot easier than riding.

By the way I did get this piece made into a loop incorporating all 6 bridges and have seen all but the drop to the sixth bridge ridden today. Way to go for Jose' and Kenny. Please everyone look well before you jump into this. By the way there will quite a bit added here I just wanted it as a loop for now.

We saw some of your work from the safety of heart break the other day. I think the roller coaster name needs a new home on this section. Sherman can have 'The section formerly known as the roller coaster'

Hmm, or maybe this is the scream machine or one of those twisted ideas...

Just a request to the rider that decided to unblock the trail at the spot that leads to bridges 5 & 6 of this loop. It was blocked for a reason not ready to be opened. As it is a little soft has additional touches to be done and no exit prepared after the 6th bridge. I don't mind so much that you wanted to look it over or even give it a try I appreciate that. But the fact that quite a bit of debris that was used to block entry at that point was removed and not replaced Angry. This would lead anyone else to think it was open and ready to go which it is not.

I have decided that I will bring the trail on out after bridge 6 and rejoin it at heartbreak so it will not be an out and back. Should get that done this week. It is advised that when the part after bridge 4 is opened that you look it over as evaluate the conditions and your skills.

Cherokee,I have seen several different riders doing the first 4 bridges and the only part that is tricky to climb is the 20 feet after bridge 4. (Some of these riders were 50-60 year old range.) The others are like the Plunge and are commitment factors. Believe me this part being developed is meant to be fun and challenging not hard. No Name still will be the king.

I rode the section yesterday (and didn't move the debris, lol) and if you just keep your momentum and don't brake you can basically just roll up to the other side without pedaling. I was surprised at the number of skid marks leading into the dips to be honest. It all flow's pretty well. Looking forward to the rest.

The unblocking was done either Friday or Saturday morn. Doesn't matter now. Just look over the features after the 4th bridge there are 2 serious large drops not jumps. Just very steep rollovers downs whatever.

That's a little bit of a surprise...based on my memory (I got off the bike and walked that area last Sunday afternoon) the 5th bridge seemed most challenging, as it has a bit of a left turn as you start over the edge to drop-in. I was thinking the 6th bridge was pretty much straight in and straight out.

I look forward to trying all this stuff when I can better afford the time away from work if it doesn't go well(!) I'm hoping the other poster's comment is true that it looks harder than it is. But overall I love the challenges at RRT. I would ride it to keep in shape even if for nothing else. I think it's the most picturesque trail in the area outside of URE.

Rode it again yesterday - the first four bridges are getting easier now that we aint skeered. Little to no brakes down the hills is the key.

Checked out the 5th and 6th bridges, and upon seeing no tracks, decided not to be the guinea pigs on the steep drop before the 6th bridge.  I didn't want to be the first person to plant my face in the creek bed.

Love the trail - what a workout!  Also took my younger daughter to check out the goats.  They definitely have some skills.  A young one got butted off the high bridge and seemed none the worse for wear!

I had the honor of watching Kelly Hudson hit all of it 3 times this afternoon. He said it was smooth has a good name for it not to be printed here.

Miss one of those bridges and you could call it Bone Break.
