I broke the upper link, bottom bolt and need a replacement. Does anybody have an extra laying around.

I think if you drop Santa Cruz an email they will probably send you a replacement for free... they are good like that.

I just replaced my pivot bolts on my 2012 blur ltc. Took FOREVER for SC to send them to me.

I find that they ship within a day or two, however they are on the west coast and ship UPS.  Unless you want to pony up for 2nd day air it takes 5 days just for UPS.

I ordered mine the second week of December. I found out later that they left for holiday break until Jan. 3rd. So they processed my order almost 3 weeks after I placed it.

No where on the website did it say they were not going to be shipping until Jan. 3, I attempted to contact them on facebook and got an automated reply informing me of it. They finally shipped out on the 6th. Took another five or six days to arrive.

I love the bike, but that customer service is terrible. When it's time to get a new bike, I'll take that into consideration.
