Anyone have a good source for seasoned firewood in Weddington / Waxhaw area now that we're quickly moving into summer.   Smiley

If you look under free on craigslist there is usually some you may have to split it yourself though

I'm selling it at $5 bundles, barn dry, seasoned bundles. Perfect for back yard sittin', camp site relaxing folk. Depending on amount needed, willing to work with you on delivery.

If I had a transporter like on Star Trek, I would send you all you want. I have a ton up here, but it is 6.5-7 hours to the Concord-Charlotte area.

Look on craigslist in the for sale section. There is a category for "free stuff". There are multiple free firewood ads there.

We recently had some trees trimmed and now have what seems like 800lbs of all size logs(up to 10" diameter) just sitting here. They aren't chopped or dried but they are free of charge to anyone who might need some unprepared fire logs.
