Construction adjacent to the WWC's Green Loop

Hey peeps,

What's happening and/or going in adjacent to the WWC's Green Loop?  I suppose the site is off Heavy Equipment Road.  This construction side is large and seems to only be seeing clearing and earth moving work now.  The site can be seen to the right from a long, straight, gradual climb through Bamboo and then trees on the green loop.

Looks like myself and Clay are the only ones who have noticed this.  Would be cool if it was a WWC project.

I don't think it is.  Most of the Lake Loop is not on WWC property.  Lee mentioned in a post a while back that the owners next to the lake loop were recycling dirt(?) or something.

Recycling dirt?  Is this code for "dig hole, bury hazardous waste, cover, and haul off the excess dirt for use somewhere"?

I'm pretty bummed about the current state of that adjacent property.  The new owners are starting a dirt recycling business apparently.

I think he meant, it's cleared to the extent that there is nothing there but dirt and thus they must be selling dirt.
