We are building a new pump track at Rocky Branch Park and could use your help. The city is providing the dirt; the THTBs are providing the equipment, operators and expertise; the only thing we are missing is you the volunteers to assist us make it happen. Where:      The main entrance of Rocky Branch Park, Belmont When: March 18 and March 19 Time: 8:00 am to 4:00 What to bring: Gloves and water is all you really need, but if you have your favorite wheelbarrow, shovel or rake, feel free to bring it. Whether you can help the whole time or just for an hour or so please stop by. Check the Down and Dirty (trail Work) forum under Rocky Bunch Pump Track for updates or PM me with questions. The kids (in all of us) have been asking for it and we are getting ready to give it to them, but not without the help of the volunteers that make our trail systems great.

The dirt is piling up and waiting to be placed. Now all we need to do is move it, pack it, wet it, shape it, then ride it.

I have attached a waiver that will need to be signed so you can either bring with you or I will have them at the park. (If under 18 a parent or guardian must also sign).

Hope to see you out there.

GREAT JOB EVERYONE that worked and helped put this project together and complete it in only two (long) days.

With the expertise involved (not mine but others) in the planning and construction of the pump track i knew that it would come out great, and it did.

Come out and check out and ride the new Belmont Rocky Branch Pump Track (but please only when it is dry). Enjoy.

Our doubts are traitors and make us lose the good we oft might win by fearing to attempt.
