Of a poor, defenseless black snake found dead on the lake loop at Sherman today.

'To whomever felt it necessary to ambush me and strike me repeatedly, I wish for you to never set foot in the woods again. Anytime you get the itch to go outdoors please refrain and stay seated in front of your tv and open another bag of pork rinds.  Please make our world a better place by blessing us with your absence.'

That is all.

Some people obviously feel that there should be no creatures other than themselves.  Absolutely no reason to kill a black snake

Our doubts are traitors and make us lose the good we oft might win by fearing to attempt.

They must have been out this weekend, I ran up on one at speed that was about 4 1/2 feet long, sunning across the trail  Cool right as you pop out of wedge and take a hard left on the open trail before the goat hill entrance.  I stopped waited a second and he went on his way down towards the river.  No need for the violence!

Here is the start of the #BSLM movement.

I always get a kick out of people freaking out and about wrecking themselves over black snakes.  I was following a guy at LNSP last year who got spooked by one and ended up hitting the sign as you exit laurel and going OTB.

You mean there are snakes on the trails? Next thing you'll tell me that spiders live there too...

Some folks dont have any business being in the out-of-doors...

I hope the snake he/she killed was the only one that was going to eat that mouse that had the deer tick that will bite them thus giving that person Lyme Disease...  Cheesy

Do what you like. Stop hating people for their riding habits and get back to hating them for their skin color, religion, politics, and sexual orientation.
