Pros for the CUBE:

-Better fork (30 mm stanchions vs 28 mm on XCT)
-Shimano Brakes
-Internal routing (pro for aesthetics, con for mechanics)
-Nicer color scheme (my opinion)
-Weighs less

Pros for the FELT:

-cheaper
-slightly better trail tires (debatable)
-180 mm front brake rotor
-wider cassette range.
-more dropper post options for 30.9 post diameter

I would go for the CUBE myself if the plan is to leave it completely stock. If a dropper upgrade is something you might consider in future, I would say the FELT would be a better choice.
