A plethora of fine questions.  I'll let the board and Parks & Rec speak to the official status of the trail.  I continue to maintain the trail and it is still regularly used.  the old trailhead at the lower softball field parking lot is gone, replaced by the greenway spur.  The north loop is still fully intact and its trailhead is right behind the concession stand/bathrooms in the same parking lot.  We have a workday planned for next week to create a proper trailhead for the green side near the playground area.
