Lee there is a tree down right before the carpet climb. Nice adventure to get around it.

My understanding is that Lee has moved on to greener pastures and may no longer be the best contact for reporting downed trees at the USNWC.

Not sure who may be checking these boards, but for reporting issues I suggest you drop in at the trail center or call (704) 391-3900.

Yep that tree is huge. Also saw Lee there last night on his way out... he said it was his last day... I told him about that tree but I don't think he GAS anymore!

The tree on Carpet has been removed and the corridor is now clear of debris. If there are anymore issues please send them my way, I read through the forum as often as I can.

From his post above, it looks like "Justjustinanderson" is at least the WWC liason now for these boards in place of Lee.
