Got rear ended with the rack folded up.  Still works (including folding up when not in use), but I'm getting a new one.

The damage is to the 2" steel that goes into the hitch receiver.  I bent it back out so I could use it (see second image).  I'm a big guy and stood on it after mounting it on the car and it would not bend anymore (it has a slight upward angle).

Straps and trays are in great shape
