Marion Deal to Park Road to BYT...Actually is a Hell of a ride, been putting in some laps on the Marion Deal side and simply love it..to me still the best part of BYT,,,even though it is across the street..Now Park Road is in great shape,,,nice and nice. We have been learning those trails the past few days here and will continue to do so...If not there then Renni which never gets old...RAMFB,,,,,Just Sayin'

Its a true wonderland of mountain biking with all three sides connected.  you can get to MD side using the greenway underpass underneath tyvola.  no road crossings required any longer.

Not sure about the opening of the tech side - I think its still closed as they are moving heavy equipment in that area.   
Gotta voice agreement on how great these trails are- with the bridge its a solid inner city technical and fun ride!
