I am going to have the entire day on Sunday in Raleigh. I have never really spent any time up there. Any suggestions? Do you know of any good Mtn bike trails? I see they have a website similar to this one but could use some personal suggestions if you have any.  Thanks!

If you like technical....go to San Lee Gravity Park...near Sanford..not far from Raleigh.
Google San Lee Gravity Park/mtb youtube videos.

New Light in North Raleigh. Beaver Dam is right down the road too, if you have the legs.

Slightly Southeast of Ral is Clayton and they have Legend Park. Pretty fun XC trails and some really crazy DJ stuff. Very little bike traffic. Iv'e been there 4 times and ran across 1 other rider.......some fun stuff though

Very easy to find just past downtown Clayton off the main drag.

Google 286 MTB trail

The wood features were just cut down a couple weeks ago, but there is still plenty of fun.  Including a couple dirt gaps etc...

You can ride from Crab Tree to 286.
