	Saw this riding at BYT this afternoon. I know they've been working on the lines in the neighborhood, but I haven't seen them do damage like this to TTF's...usually its just their tanks tread tracks they leave behind. I hope they fix it/ pay for it. YOU BROKE IT...YOU BOUGHT IT!

	Uh, no, they don't own the land...CharMeck Park and Rec is the manager of the property, even if they did own it, you can't just come in and wreck other people's stuff.

	Yeah that's pretty &^&^ty. It's like how AT&T has come through and flagged and spray painted my yard literally 12 times this year marking utilities and one day brought a bobcat through my front yard while i was at work and did a jack&^&^ job repairing their damage. Sure the law gives them right to do this crap but they have no interest in actually 'doing the right thing' and repairing my yard to what it looked like before. It's a pervasive lack of respect. What you can do and what you should do are often two very different things.

	Don't worry someone else will fix it. It took me a long time to drag all that wood back by myself. That's only been in place 4 or 5 months. The county owns the land which leases it to the city in turn leases it to parks and rec and then the THTB. That's the pecking order from what I understand. Just wait till the stream restorations project gets going along the creek on wensley!
