What's the best single speed conversion kit or combination for Shimano hubs?

I bought a couple of Spot spacer kits many years ago.  Still using them but I don't know if they are still available.  Kinda pricey from what I remember, but no complaints here.  I'm sure there are other kits available, nothing but spacers anyway.

I've always used the surly spacer kit.  It's fairly expensive, but has always fit the bill for me
