STOLEN BIKE IN NODA: Yellow Specialized Ruze

So I was loading bikes in the car for a weekend trip at about 7am this morning (10/13) I realized I forgot my keys and left the bike leaning against the car. I was gone between 2-3 minutes. When I cam back, the bike was gone. It's a bike I custom built for my girlfriend and is the only one of its kind. The location of the theft was highland mill lofts apartment.

Here's a description.
2016 Specialized Ruze Size M, matte neon yellow (paint sample frame) grey specialized logos, purple flower decal on the TT
Fork: Reba 100mm, custome purple decals
Wheels: Roval
Tires: Rocket Ron 2.8
Crank: X0
Drivetrain: Sram GX
Brakes: Avid Elixir
Bars: Chromag Fubar, purple ano

I've attached a photo as well. If you see this bike around, please contact me immediately. This bike has a lot of sentimental value attached to it for both of us. It should be easy to spot because of the bright color. It's literally the only one in that color in the state.

Thanks for looking!

I really hate thieves. Sad

I was pretty much brought up to think that stealing is basically the worst thing you can do aside from killing someone. You just don't take what isn't yours. It's a credit to my parents I guess and how I was raised.

Our doubts are traitors and make us lose the good we oft might win by fearing to attempt.

For some reason there is not a spot to attach images or at least I can't find it. Here's a link to a facebook photo.

I shared the link to the shop FB page and on the Charlotte Mountain Bikers FB as well.  2-3 minutes?! Damn, that sucks! Sorry.   Cry

I really appreciate it, I feel like a moron for letting it out of my sight.

Don't feel bad.  You should be able to go about your daily life without those little cockroaches stealing you stuff.

Coming from a country where they steal with you in the car, I always attach the bikes with a safety chain to the bike rack. It is mental I know.

Good news, turns out whoever took it got sick of it pretty quick and abandoned it in bushes next to the apartment. Someone found it after I posted the pictures everywhere.

Got lucky this time!
