Aside from WWC or BYT, what trail near Charlotte has at least 4-5 miles and a good tabletop or similar jump line?

Since you mentioned Flow.....go to Paddys Creek Trails at Lake James State park,  Its in Morganton NC,  Not a bad day trip from CLT.  There is nothing in the CLT area like it, It had more Flow than anything around CLT.  Super Fast and Fun! A total of 14-15 miles if you ride it all.

This!  Flowiest trail I ever rode.

Lake James does have great flow. Not much in the way of jumps though (from what I remember). As far as I know BYT is best in CLT area for dedicated jump lines, but the rest of the trail is about as opposite of a "flow" trail as it gets. Not hating on BYT here. I love that trail. Going to ride it today actually.

Poston has some good jumps, but more natural terrain type jumps than purpose built tabletops. A lot of hand dug kickers and drops utilizing natural down slopes for landings, some huck to flats, and a few gap jumps.

I hear Dixie River will have some good jumps?!

This isn't near Charlotte, but if you like jumps you owe it to yourself to go ride.  San Lee Park in Sanford has an entire "gravity park" section where they took a hillside with ~100' vert and built 5 or 6 ways down with an excavator that are full of tables, doubles, berms, etc.  (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)

We're hoping to mimic that "gravity park" area from San Lee at Dixie River but nothing will be ride able there until a parking lot gets put it.

Signal Hill has a section of small tables and several substantial doubles.  I haven't been in a while, but when dry it's fun.  There are jumps in the trails as well.  Flow could be better, but still worth it.

Be aware that Signal Hill Park was a landfill in a previous life, so it is designed to hold the storm water to protect the rivers and ground water.  Fun when dry, not worth it if its rained recently.

If you get there, and it's too wet there are some natural jumps at LKN State Park (reasonably close) and someone repaired the doubles on the Wild Life Loop.  Every trail at LKN has good+ flow, and you can find small to modest hits throughout.
