	Bells brewing attempted to sue Innovation Brewing in Silva NC over their name. It seems that Bells used the word innovation somewhere sometime and they felt it would be confusing to the general craft beer drinking public. Screw Bells Brewing. I will never purchase another beer made by them. I will drink Budweiser before I drink another Bells beer.

	Duckworth's ballantyne has it on tap for $7/10oz. I had one last night. It's not the same beer as years ago, they tried to scale up and failed imo. It's more of a standard hoppy ipa now instead of that sweet, bready flavor.

	Being from Michigan, I was weened on Bell's. So I will accept any hype they throw at me. I believe it's been close to 30 years when I tasted my first Bell's Porter. They had one of the first American IPA's out there. I remember taking the train from Detroit to Kalamazoo. The Train Station was right next to Bell's Eccentric Cafe

Although I don't believe in the law suit. They still produce some of the best beers around. So I will continue to drink two hearted IPA. There's a store owner here in Statesville, that doesn't believe it's an IPA. So he stocks it in the Pale Ale section. Yet another uneducated beer persons who believe IPAs are nothing but hops
