I am selling these for my son.  Very little use and I just installed a new belt.  I have a set of my own and IMO, they will work you a lot harder than any stationary trainer can.  Of course, you can't just get on and pedal; you have to pay attention.  They force you to ride smoother and smooth out your pedaling.  $70
