Anyone have intel on installing exterior audio?

I've found myself in the position of a board member for my neighborhood HOA.  We are looking to have an outdoor sound system installed throughout our pool.  8-12 speakers, wireless mic, two zone capabilities, and the system to run this with the ability to stream music via the web. 

Does anyone here work in this industry or know anyone they would proudly recommend?

I’ve heard Justin might be the guy, but I haven’t heard from him, I’m not sure he does large scale exterior audio, and I don’t have contact info for him.
