Seems Parks and Rec is stepping up their game at the Col., putting in a gate that might take more than a pair of plyers to foil.

I noticed those a couple days ago.  I sometimes park outside the gate early AM.  The new gate wouldn't be any more difficult to ride around than the old gate so not sure what the point of adding 2nd gate was?
