Hey do you want to live close to Francis Beatty and its big ol' pump track (coming mid July), close to Purser Hulsey and its soon-to-be 4 miles trail? Walking distance to Squirrel Lake and miles of greenway, downtown Matthews, excellent schools, 2 pools, tennis courts and close to 485?
Well buy my house then.
